Crew Recruitment

We specialize in the recruitment of Sri Lanka Ratings and Officers who are proficient in the English Language, and trained at Maritime Institutions, approved by IMO.

We have a especially close co-operation with the Colombo International Nautical Engineering College (CINEC), who are the largest Maritime Education and Training facility in Southeast Asia.

The primary objective of the organization is to develop skills of seafarers to meet the requirements of IMO / STCW ’95 Convention and to develop and maintain their professional standards demanded constantly by Ship Owners.

All Crew in our Roster are Certified in compliance with STCW requirements and well experienced.
